They are good source of vitamin C that aids in the immune system to help fight away diseases. Avoid animal fat and sugary foods. This will not only help you lose weight, if you are trying to, but it will also help you maintain your normal cholesterol and sugar level. Have adequate calcium in your body by eating foods and drinking drinks rich in calcium. It helps you have strong bones and teeth. It is always better to get minerals from natural sources and not from supplements. Have a good weight. Not too heavy, not too light, just an average weight that is in accordance to your height and age. Finally, have regular exercise. It helps you keep your endurance and helps you maintain your good cardiovascular system. Eat and live healthy.
